Cannabis multistate operator Ayr Wellness announced this month that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cultivauna LLC, the owner of Levia brand cannabis infused seltzers and water-soluble tinctures, in a deal valued at up to $60 million. Ayr, a vertically integrated cannabis producer with operations in five states including dozens of retail locations in the lucrative Florida market, originally announced its intention to acquire Cultivauna in August.
